For years, I’ve worn two hats.

One, as a teacher of God’s Word—called to study, rightly divide, and pour into women hungry for truth. The other, as a seasoned and certified Human Resources professional—building systems, managing people, solving complex workplace dynamics, and leading with strategy and care.

Until recently, I saw these as separate callings. But I’m now fully walking in the revelation that they were never meant to be divided. My heart for ministry and my head for organizational health are not in competition—they’re in partnership.
