Happy ThanksLiving!

Thanksgiving 2025 was different — but in the best way possible.

For as long as I can remember, my holiday seasons have been full and fast. I’d pack my schedule trying to visit as many people as I could. I’d be juggling holiday shopping, Christmas planning, and making family memories while our Sonshines were out of school. It was joyful, but it was busy.

This year was beautifully different. The pace slowed, and I finally let myself settle into it.

I was fully present with my family.

No rushing.

No multitasking.

No camera in my hand trying to capture the moment.

I didn’t create content.

I didn’t post content.

I didn’t work on anything for Well Woman Movement.

I didn’t even take any pictures.

I simply lived in the moment — and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

A word I recently saw on social media summed up my time perfectly: Thanksliving. Not just a day of giving thanks, but a lifestyle of living thanks.

And that’s the posture I’m carrying into these final weeks of 2025.

I want my choices, my presence, my relationships, and my leadership to all reflect a life rooted in gratitude. I want my life to demonstrate Thanksliving — not as a one-day observance, but as a daily practice.

As I lean into this posture of Thanksliving, I’m reminded of Parisian culture: the ability to savor life.

Parisians are known for slowing down, being present, and embracing beauty in the everyday — a warm cup of coffee, great conversation, a walk through the city, the joy of gathering with friends. Their elegance isn’t about extravagance; it’s about intentionality. It’s about choosing what matters and letting that be enough.

That, to me, is the heart of Thanksliving.

So as we step into 2026, the Well Woman Movement is embracing that spirit with our upcoming January event, themed Parisian Chic. It’s a moment for us to gather, breathe, savor, connect, and celebrate gratitude with style and simplicity with A Day at The Well.

Think of it as a soft, feminine, joy-filled reminder that gratitude can be both beautiful and intentional — a lifestyle we choose to live.

Let’s begin the new year embodying a little French elegance and a whole lot of Thanksliving. Seating is limited, register now.
